Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note:
- During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Crown & Quill is not responsible for:
- Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact your local post office
